After gaining hands-on experience, Matthew joined Logical Technologies, a large IT firm, where he spent six years honing his skills. He later co-founded Centra Networks with Craig Belcher. Though the startup phase came with steep learning curves, the business quickly gained momentum, reaching $1.5 million in revenue in its first year. Today, Centra Networks employs 27 people across three offices—with plans to expand further. “The communities we serve are locally minded,” says Matthew, “and that means hiring top local talent, too.”

His diverse background includes architecting custom IT solutions for industries such as distribution, construction, hospitality, local government, and financial services.
